System at XCSS in China:
• Steel rod testing with diameters from 10 mm to 95 mm
• Rod length up to 6 m
• Test speed 2 m/sec.
• Demagnetization coil
• Input driver unit with movement sensor
• EC-100 4-channel rotor on lifting/sliding table
• Output driver unit with movement sensor
• Structural testing/material testing with ULAS coils
Test systems and accessories:
ELOTEST PL500
ELOTEST PL500 with 4 testing channels and 2 channels for interval compensation for crack testing with 4-channel rotor, and 1 further channel for material grading/structural testing.
EloLine software:
Standard software for viewing and documentation of test results from eddy current testing of long products. Single surrounding coil systems up to complex multi-channel rotors or multiplex applications are supported. A maximum of 8 testing channels can be processed and combined into a collective result which can be analyzed relative to the site.
